MEASURE L EXPLAINED
Dear Silverado Property Owners,
As part of its annual maintenance of water mains the City of Napa will begin to flush the water mains and hydrants in the Silverado community over the next few weeks. The flushing is to clean particles and minerals that have settled in the main water lines.
The procedure could reduce water pressure in certain areas. The Water Department also advises that the water could be discolored but should be safe to use. More details about the flushing are given in the Water Departments notice, “Hydrant Flushing Program” which is below.
