THE GATED COMMUNITIES & SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES

  • ​Creekside (Milliken Creek and Bonniebrook Drives):  48 privately owned, two- and three-bedroom, single-level and two-story, attached condominiums. Tucked between Milliken Creek and the 12th Fairway on Silverado’s North Course. Common area includes pool.
  • The Crest (Canyon Drive and Canyon Place): 30 custom-built, single-family homes. Located on large lots along Silverado’s eastern ridgeline with spectacular views of the golf courses and western hills.
  • The Highlands (Chaparral and Castle Oaks): 53 single and multi-story, executive Estate homes, as well as 58 Tuscan-style, hillside Villas. Located on large lots with spectacular views of the golf courses and valley.
  • Kaanapali Drive: 56 custom-built, detached single-family homes. Located at the entrance to the Silverado Residential Community, bordering Milliken Creek and the 12th Fairway of Silverado’s South Course, with creek side or golf course views.
  • Silverado Oaks (Tamarack and Deer Hollow Drives): 38 attached, two-story residences with private decks. Located by Milliken Creek and Silverado’s 4th Fairway on the South Course. Common area includes pool and private putting green. (I think the Oaks is considered condos also, but probably okay to leave in this section. You can decide!)
  • Silverado Springs (Silverado Springs Drive and Troon): 97 one- and two-story, detached single-family homes on large lots. Common area amenities include pool, tennis courts, and a private clubhouse.
  • Silver Trail: 35 custom-built homes. Located along Milliken Creek off Atlas Peak Road, directly adjacent to the southern end of the Main Resort complex.
  • Residential Streets: Approximately 200 custom-built homes, located in the residential neighborhoods off Hillcrest and Westgate Drives, featuring large, private lots with mature landscaping.
