We are now accepting your 2018 SPOA Dues.
You have the opportunity to pay your 2018 SPOA Annual Dues with a credit card of your choice online.
You may still send your check by mail, or you may choose the ONLINE option.
You simply click on the "BUY NOW" button below and you will be connected through a secure server for payment through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this process. You just choose "No PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card" option and follow the form.
NOTE: When you make your payment please specify your Silverado community address and what account is to be posted in the "message" section to ensure proper credit.

If you are a member of the following Home Owners Associations, you do not need to pay any SPOA dues since your Association pays the SPOA dues in bulk:

4/. Oak Creek East
5/. The Fairways
6/. Creekside
7/. Silverado Oaks
8/. The Silverado Highlands
9/. The Grove
However, if you live in the following areas you should pay your own dues individually:
1/. Silverado Crest
2/. Kaanapali
3/. St. Andrews
4/. The Springs
5/. Silver Trail
6/. Westgate
Please specify unit when paying your dues.

*Dues have not been increased for several years and in raising them from $20-$40 it allows us much needed additional funds to help redo the landscaping impacted by the fire and continue to maintain and make improvements to the existing plantings.
