SPOA VALUE

Did you know that almost 40 of your neighbors volunteer and work tirelessly year ‘round for the Silverado Property Owners Association (SPOA) to enhance the safety, aesthetics, and quality of life for our entire Silverado community? These neighbors come from all 16 of our distinct neighborhoods. Silverado Resort is also an active participant.

SPOA champions the interests of the 1,091 residents of our Silverado community, regardless of whether they are members of the Country Club or not and delivers benefits to all of us in many areas, including:

  • Landscaping and beautification of the 28 islands throughout Silverado
  • Security
  • Fire risk reduction with our nationally recognized Silverado FireWise Council
  • Governmental issues and efficiency, including working with our District 4 Supervisor, Alfredo Pedroza, and the Napa County Sheriff
  • Architectural integrity
  • Community communications
  • Continuous interaction and oversight of the Silverado Community Services District and its contractors that provide landscaping, irrigation services, street sweeping, and streetlight maintenance for County roads

Our informative website, newsletters, and emails update Silverado owners with the status of impending challenges and actions being taken to improve our Silverado neighborhood experience.

SPOA’s annual dues are only $40 per address, and they allow us to fund and manage a wide array of projects that benefit us all.
