Dear SPOA Members:
The purpose of SPOA is to promote the interests of the owners of property within the Silverado Residential Community and Silver Trail. It is the only organization focused exclusively on the interests of property owners here.
SPOA seeks to maintain our property values by promoting beautification of common areas such as traffic islands, enforcing architectural quality and appearance consistent with existing structures, maintaining standards of livability, providing for neighborhood security and serving as a communications vehicle for property owners to stay informed as to significant developments which affect them.
Increasingly SPOA focuses on suppression of the single greatest threat to our neighborhoods, the spread of wildfires in our Wildland Urban Interface area. In all these endeavors we work closely with the Silverado Community Services District, an agency of Napa County government which is responsible for maintaining our roads, traffic islands, sidewalks, street lighting and irrigation of common areas.
We invite you to explore our website and read our e-newsletter to stay abreast of SPOA’s activities which affect all of us as owners.
Bill Foureman
President, SPOA
